ABOUT THE PROGRAM


We all know that schedules get a bit crazy, so we made it super easy to get your movement in with these 30 minute workouts! Workouts provide an efficient, fun and creative, full-body challenge. Video demonstrations and downloadable PDF’s provided for each workout. I designed this challenge around 2 unique programs (so think of this as two programs in one). We repeat each block for 3 weeks to master all of the moves and maximize our results! Below is a preview of what your weekly schedule will look like.
