What’s the challenge all about?

  1. Daily workouts that require minimal equipment and can be done at home, in the gym or even outside!
  2. Equipment needed: dumbbells, resistance bands and a jump rope.
  3. Three difficulty levels are given for each workout to keep you challenged and to allow you to progress.
  4. Follow along with Kaisa as she demonstrates each movement and goes through the workout with you.
  5. Challenge is one, unique, 4-week program. We repeat the week and increase difficulty to master all of the moves and to maximize our results!

  6. Challenge cost is $97 and you will have access to the workouts forever!
